Over the past 14 years, I’ve immersed myself in the fields of yoga and nutrition. My path began in 2010 with my first teacher training, followed by a deeper dive into yin yoga and the co-founding of a yoga studio in Cape Town, South Africa.
In 2014, my travels to India became a turning point — I experienced a parasitic infection that triggered a long period of gut imbalance. What followed were years of navigating mental health challenges, skin conditions, and hormonal dysregulation. This initiated a deep, personal healing process that ultimately sparked my fascination with the gut–mind–hormone connection.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with clients with specialised dietary needs as a personal chef, yoga retreat chef, and running various nutritional cooking workshops. My focus has always been to guide people on a food journey—teaching the power of food as medicine while celebrating the joy and pleasure of real, nourishing meals. I’ve also worked as a consultant developing functional food and wellness products, including Formerly known as Haeckels in Margate (People Care. Planet Care ) where I created a seaweed broth and a beetroot probiotic drink. In addition, I’ve formulated white-label electrolyte blends and am currently collaborating on a range of health-focused products for a yoga school and café. This work reflects my passion for seasonal, traditional, and unprocessed ingredients that nourish both people and planet.
Alongside my consultancy work, I currently run an online clinic specialising in hormonal and gut health. I guide clients through a personalised 1:1 Inner Rewilding Programme, using functional testing, cyclical nutrition, and nervous system tools to help them reconnect with their inner rhythm and reset from within.
