3-Month Committment
A three-month commitment designed to give you consistent support and momentum. We meet every two weeks for 60 minutes, with WhatsApp and voice note support in between to keep you connected and held.
6-Month Committment
A deeper six-month commitment with 12 sessions (one every 2 weeks). This longer container gives us space to move more deeply through cycles of reset, repair, and integration. Between sessions, you’ll have WhatsApp and voice note support to keep you connected and supported throughout your journey.
