Naturopathy is the art and science of working with the body’s innate intelligence to restore balance and vitality. At its heart is the understanding that nature provides everything we need to heal, and that true wellness comes from addressing the root cause, not just managing symptoms. As a naturopath & Nutritional Therapist, I treat the whole person. Nutrition is a vital foundation, as food as medicine helps the body to heal, energise, and prevent illness. Equally important is recognising the impact of stress, trauma, unresolved emotions, and the state of the nervous system. 

I explore with clients how past experiences and hidden beliefs shape present-day health patterns. This allows space for deeper healing, not only through what we eat, but through how we relate to ourselves and to life. Our relationship with food is never just physical: it reflects our emotional world, our coping patterns, and the gut-brain connection that influences mood, hormones, and overall resilience. By bringing awareness to these layers, change becomes both nutritional and relational, supporting lasting shifts in health and well-being.

About Me

Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a Registered Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist with a trauma-informed approach. I believe food is medicine, but true healing also comes from creating safety in the body and releasing old patterns, so you can restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
